2. Products & Availability
PoleShop offers pole dance clothing, accessories and related products, including items from independent partner brands.
Product descriptions, prices and availability are displayed on the website.
We aim to provide accurate product information. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed through our online checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order on a durable medium.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Prices and applicable taxes are presented before purchase.
4. Production & Delivery
Many PoleShop products are made to order and require approximately 10 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping within Romania costs 20 RON, using FAN Courier, Sameday or GLS.
We also offer worldwide shipping. International shipping costs and delivery conditions are communicated individually and must be approved by the customer before the order becomes binding.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, production requirements, destination and courier services.
If we cannot meet an agreed delivery deadline, your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible consumer purchases may be returned under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs, as explained in our Return Policy.
Certain legally permitted exceptions may apply to clearly personalized products and qualifying hygiene-sensitive sealed products.

6. Product Care
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each product.
Improper care may affect the appearance and durability of garments. This does not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

All original PoleShop branding, website content, images, designs and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder.
8. Liability & Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
