14-Day Return Policy
For eligible online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

Securely pack your items, including any accessories and original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for ordinary returns made under the right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.
Product Condition
You may inspect and try on your items to determine their fit, characteristics and suitability.
Please handle products with care.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Products
Many PoleShop items are produced after an order is placed.
Standard made-to-order products are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
Hygiene Exceptions
Certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once their seal has been removed, where legally applicable.
Any product-specific exclusions will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your withdrawal request, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds include the standard original delivery cost where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
